Menopause is a tough transition for some of us. It is a time of life that gets very little acknowledgement and even less support.  Join me in this “salon” to sip some tea and chat about some of the challenges we face and create a vision where menopause is not only acknowledged and supported, but celebrated as our second big life transformation.

We'll be doing some gentle yoga based techniques for easing symptoms like hot flashes and mood swings.
