I regularly offer workshops on a variety of topics to enrich your well being. I am currently working on my fall/winter series but until then consider hosting a summer workshop with some friends. Workshops are generally 2 hours. Cost is usually about $25.00 - $50.00 per person depending on number of participants and direct costs.
