Take the Journey Groups is a course in self-care. It includes 7 fun and supportive group classes every 2nd week. You'll learn custom yoga-based practices that help you stay strong and flexible find more self-compassion appreciate who you are at any stage in your life understand your triggers and the best tools to de-stress stay optimistic even when life gets frazzled.
