Cancellations
If possible please provide 24 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment by email or phone.
Packages
Packages are a final sale but there is no deadline for using your sessions and if for some reason you are unable to use your sessions they can be transferred to someone else with no additional transfer fee.
Insurance Coverage
Please note that I am a certified Reflexologist registered with the Registered Reflexology Council of Ontario and receipts for services are available and covered if your individual insurance policy says it covers “reflexology”. You’ll need to check your particular policy to be sure it says “reflexology” specifically under the services covered.
