Mind-Body Reset

At times, feelings of inertia, exhaustion, frustration or anxiety can settle in and take up residence in your mind and body. Nobody is immune to feeling overwhelmed once in a while. The problem is, these emotions can create an inner landscape of stress and discontent. Ongoing stress can prevent you from focusing on the things that give you inspiration, energy, ease and contentment and stop you from moving forward. Consider taking an hour to reset your mental and physical state so you can get back on track.

In this 60 minute session (available online and in-person) we will create a short & sweet personalized self-care ritual to help you reset your mind and body.

In this session you will:

  • do a mind-body check-in to uncover challenging emotions you might be struggling with right now and, using a “body scan” technique, discover where in your body the “loudest” one is lodging itself.

  • create a personal mantra to move through and transform challenging emotions with compassionate intention.

  • learn a restorative yoga posture to help you discover and release emotions that no longer serve you.

  • experience a powerful mudra that helps you cleanse and release limiting emotions and tap into the power of your breath and vital energy.

Using the combined power of all of these tools, we'll create a short sequence you can do anytime in the comfort of your own home. All online sessions are via Zoom.
