I teach primarily two simple but powerful forms of meditation: Intention Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Both focus on shifting negative thinking to more optimistic and empowering thinking habits by integrating positive phrases or intentions into the practice.

Yoga Nidra Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a powerful form of meditation. All you do is lay down, get comfortable and listen. You are expertly guided through a series of relaxation cues that bring you deeper and deeper into relaxation. It has saved my sanity. Really!

Literally translated Yoga Nidra means Yogic sleep. Many people suffer from insomnia or poor sleep which leads to fatigue, memory issues, mood instability and other challenges. Yoga Nidra is something you can do when you don’t feel like you have the energy to do anything else. It’s great for both catching up on sleep and getting to sleep (or back to sleep!)

  • gives you the rest your mind and body crave (just 20 minutes is equivalent to about 1 hour of good solid sleep)
